When I read the book Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, it changed my life. These blog posts are in no way a replacement for the book. I 100% recommend you purchase the book and the new workbook to work through your own journey of Intuitive Etaing. But I’m a believer in the more you hear something and from diferent perspective, the more likely it is to stick. So this is my take and perspective on the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating.
