Happy Friday friends! Well my birthday yesterday, certainly came in with a bang. Literally, I felt like I had been hit over the head with a hammer. Throbbing headache aside, I actually had a pretty good day once I headed to my sister’s house and got to spend some quality family time.
Now onto my weekly workout recap. I got all my workouts in and had one glorious rest day.
Friday: 13-mile run
It was #NationalWearTheGibblersDay, so I had to represent! The Gibblers are what we call the rainbow Pro Compression socks and the #WeRunSocial crew made it that day since Fuller House was released on Friday. Have you been watching?
Monday: Back Live Fit Trainer Workout and 3-mile run
I was supposed to do my hill repeats on Monday but I just wasn’t feeling it so I decided to switch my workouts around.
Tuesday: Legs Live Fit Trainer Workout
I’ve been skipping the calf exercises because of calf tightness I have so I added a few extra exercises like leg presses and squats. Got to work that booty. 😉
Wednesday: Chest and Delts Live Fit Trainer Workout
Since I skipped my hills on Monday I was supposed to do them this day but again I wasn’t in the mood. Seems to be a theme this week so I took the day off running.
Thursday: Back & Biceps Live Fit Trainer Workout & 6-mile run with 6 hill repeats
No more getting away from the hills, I finally got them done but I’ll probably regret my decision to not do them earlier in the week when I tackle my long run tomorrow. Plus I’m running out at my sisters which is non-stop rolling hills.
